Most projects on the platform run between 18 and 48 months, depending on the construction phase and commercialisation. The expected duration of each project is shown in its dossier.
Under which supervision does the platform fall?+
Our activities fall under the European ECSP regulation (Regulation (EU) 2020/1503) and are supervised by the Belgian FSMA. Our operating office is in Brussels.
What happens if a project is delayed?+
Delays are communicated immediately through the project dashboard. An independent trustee manages the funds, so your contribution is only released against pre-defined milestones.
