This privacy policy explains how Zyrquantalovexir BV, with its registered office at Avenue Louise 235, 1050 Brussels (Belgium), collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our website zyrquantalovexir.com or use our services. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

2. Data we collect
When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your first name and email address. When you visit our website, we process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, language preference, pages visited, date and time of the visit and — if you give your consent — analytical and marketing data via cookies.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data only to: (i) send our newsletter and updates about Belgian real estate projects you have subscribed to, (ii) manage and secure our website, (iii) carry out anonymised statistical analyses to improve our services, and (iv) comply with our legal obligations, including the Belgian anti-money laundering legislation (Act of 18 September 2017) and the ECSP regulation.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR) for the newsletter and non-essential cookies, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR) for the security of the site, and on the basis of a legal obligation (Article 6.1.c GDPR) for identity and compliance checks when you become an investor.
5. Retention period
We keep your subscription data for as long as you are subscribed to our newsletter and for a maximum of 24 months after unsubscription. Compliance and investor files are kept for ten years after the end of the business relationship, in accordance with the Belgian anti-money laundering legislation. Technical logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months.
6. Recipients and transfers
Your data is only shared with service providers strictly necessary for the operation of the platform (hosting within the European Economic Area, email delivery, legal advisers).
